We’ve both lived with cats for over 20 years and couldn’t have a true ‘home’ without them.  This section of the site introduces all of the cats with whom we’ve had the privilege to share our lives, from our first moggies onwards.

As breeders, our immediate feline family frequently changes, with girls going to stud and then returning, kittens growing up and leaving (or staying), and retired breeding cats finding out whether they like being a neuter in a busy breeding household.  After neutering, we only keep cats who seem to enjoy the endless flux of our lifestyle, and currently have six neuters ranging from two years to thirteen.  Most ‘retirees’ will, instead, move on to forever homes where things are quieter and they can be more the centre of attention.  Their owners, like those of our kittens, become part of the extended Cagaran family.

We’ve also lost some of our cats to old age, or illness, over the years, including those first moggies that made us fall in love with cats originally, and they are remembered here.
